Our availability is built into our booking system, so there is no need to “commit” until you know your date and time is available!  Just choose your party type, add any additional time if needed, then you’ll see the calendar.  If your date and time is available to choose, then it’s available!  Finish your booking request and we’ll be in touch to confirm the date and time before you pay anything!

We will always attempt to meet your first choice whenever possible. If there is any conflict with your requested  date or time, we’ll contact you right away! OUR OFFICIAL POLICIES:

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

A valid credit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Game Rider party reservation. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events cancelled after payment is received. There will be a $75 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received and within 30 days of your scheduled event. NO REFUND in the event of a 2 hour party reservation being canceled within 14 days of your event. NO REFUND in the event of a 3+ hour Event reservation being canceled within 30 days of yourevent. Game Rider will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Major credit cards accepted. Checks are acceptable, but must clear prior to the event.

PRIVACY POLICY

 Game Rider is committed to protecting your privacy. We will use the information that is collected on the site for reservation purposes ONLY. We strive to make your experience with Game Rider as simple as possible and will make every effort to enhance your overall experience with our company. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

TRAVEL/FUEL SURCHARGE

A fuel surcharge will apply for all locations in excess of 20 miles of zip code 07663.

LOCATION

The customer is required to provide a relatively flat, safe area for the Mobile Theater to park. Street fronts are preferable. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. If you do not have enough space, we recommend that you contact your local church or recreation center. If the location is deemed unsafe for the customers, players or other guests at time of arrival, Game Rider will request an alternative location be provided. If an alternative location cannot be found, we will allow the event to be rescheduled, but a $50 fee will be assessed in this event. We will park on driveways only if we can do so safely and there is enough room for the truck and trailer to maneuver into the driveway.

SEVERE/INCLEMENT WEATHER

The Game Rider was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather, (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your event and you are aware in advance, (pending or anticipated snow storm, severe thunderstorm) please notify us to begin the rescheduling process.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN

Although you are welcomed to, Game Rider does not require a parent to be present inside the trailer, although one must be available on the grounds if needed. We will provide a knowledgeable Game Coach who will assist your child/children in making sure that their party is the party of the year!

ALCOHOL/DRUGS

Alcohol is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or shut-down an event when the consumption of alcohol creates a disturbance. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around Game Rider’s equipment. Any observed use of illegal drugs/narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately and Law Enforcement being contacted.

SMOKING

Game Rider does not allow smoking in or around our mobile game theater. Please keep any smoking activity away from the theater.

DAMAGE/INJURY

Game Rider or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Game Rider reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage the client and/or their guests. Game Rider or their staff will not assume responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK

Game Rider does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

PICTURES

While your party is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on the Game Rider FaceBook Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want pictures taken and placed on facebook, there will be an area on your booking page to notify us of that fact.

TIPS

The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He or she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS

Game Rider will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event there will be an area on your booking page to notify us of that fact.

Booking any party with Game Rider constitutes your agreement with these policies.
